Bmw soft close doors not working.

Any idea how to reset these codes that he stated he did earlier to get. The recent cases follow a class action lawsuit filed against bmw several years ago which also claimed that the soft close door feature can mangle fingers and needs to be equipped with sensors. I have my front passenger door not really performing properly. It has to actually be closed like a normal door for the feature to make the noise like it is working.

Ok i have searched and maybe i am just bad at it but has anyone had problems with their soft close feature. This happened 2 days ago and i had to drive to a bmw mechanic holding the door driving down the highway. He says he reset some codes and then told me to spray it with wd40. All other doors work properly.
