The model is awrcc1. Bose wave dab module not working abroad. Original bose wave remote control replacement battery. I have changed to a new battery varied the distances and angle between the remote and the unit without success.

Ok i do not have a battery compartment on mine not on the bottom not anywhere that i can see my model does not have buttons on the case it is remote only. With the newer systems without control buttons on the radio it s nice to have multiple remotes to conveniently adjust funtions on multiple devices. Do you notice any sort of indication on the actual wave system screen when pressing any buttons from the remote. It works just like its supposed to.
